Beat Moolah

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beat Moolah mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Beat Moolah, Inc. ("Beat Moolah," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction or the laws of the United States. One account per person — you may not create or use more than one account, and may not use an account on another person's behalf without their permission.

3. Play Money Only — No Real-Money Wagering

Beat Moolah involves no real-money wagering of any kind. "Moolah Bucks," balances, records, and leaderboard standings within the Service have no cash value and are not redeemable, transferable, exchangeable, or convertible into money, cryptocurrency, goods, or any prize of value under any circumstances. You cannot purchase, deposit, withdraw, or cash out Moolah Bucks. The "Moolah Bot Challenge" is a free, skill-and-luck game of prediction against an AI opponent, for entertainment and bragging rights only.

This is separate and distinct from the real-money features of the Service described in Section 5 (Premium and creator subscriptions), which involve real payment for real digital content and access — not wagering, staking, or any outcome-contingent payout.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beatmoolah.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Beat Moolah Premium. Premium is a platform-wide subscription at a fixed price, purchased through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. Billing, auto-renewal, free trials (if any), and refunds for Premium are handled entirely by Apple under its own terms and policies — we do not process Premium payments or refunds directly, and cannot override Apple's refund decisions. You can manage or cancel Premium at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Creator (Weekly Locks) subscriptions. Subscribing to a specific creator's Weekly Locks is also billed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system, at the price that creator has set — never through a card form inside the app. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings, or the in-app "Manage" link, which opens the same native subscription management — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or granted by Apple. If a creator pauses selling, existing subscribers are unaffected and keep their subscription at the price they signed up for until they personally cancel. If a creator's account is suspended or terminated, subscribers are notified in the app and by email. Because subscriptions are billed by Apple, they aren't cancelled automatically — subscribers should cancel in their device's Subscriptions settings, and can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes. A creator may change their subscription price at any time for new subscribers; existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at until they cancel. A price increase requires Apple's own subscriber-consent flow before it applies to anyone already subscribed — it is never applied silently.

Stripe's role. Stripe does not process any subscriber's payment for Premium or Creator subscriptions. Stripe Connect is used only on the creator's side, to verify identity and pay out a creator's earned share of subscription revenue to their bank account — see Section 6.

6. Creator Program

Premium subscribers may apply to sell subscriptions to their own Weekly Locks picks ("Creators"). By enrolling, you agree to:

7. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit (bios, display names, avatars, picks, pick reasoning, Timeline posts, comments, and reposts), but grant Beat Moolah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Service — including showing your public record, picks, and Creator content to other users and, where applicable, to non-subscribers once a pick is graded (per the visibility rules in the app).

Beat Moolah has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to:

Before your first post or comment, you'll be asked to agree to these community rules; you can't post or comment without agreeing. You can edit a post once; the original text stays visible to everyone alongside the edit. You can report any post, comment, or user from its menu in the app, and block or mute anyone (and review or undo blocks and mutes in Settings → Privacy). We review reports promptly, typically within 24 hours, and act on them by removing the content and, where warranted, suspending or terminating the account that posted it.

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination, at our discretion, with an opportunity to appeal by contacting support@beatmoolah.com except in cases of severe or repeated abuse.

8. Moolah (the AI Opponent)

"Moolah" is an artificial intelligence system that generates picks, confidence scores, and written reasoning automatically. Moolah's output is AI-generated, is not reviewed or edited by a human before publication, and does not constitute financial, betting, or professional advice of any kind, even informally. Moolah's historical record is public and unedited, but is not guaranteed to be accurate, profitable, or repeatable, and past performance is not indicative of future results (to the extent "results" has any meaning for a system with no real financial stakes).

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and Moolah's underlying systems, is owned by Beat Moolah, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license you grant us in Section 7 over your own content, nothing in these Terms transfers any Beat Moolah intellectual property to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can permanently delete your account yourself in the app under Settings → Delete Account (or by emailing support@beatmoolah.com). We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections 3, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MOOLAH'S PICKS OR ANY CREATOR'S PICKS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE IN ANY SENSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAT MOOLAH, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
